Today I had my progress tutorial. My tutor made the following comments.
Feedback:
-You have done a lot of research for your workflow page, and your journal entries
are consistent.
You have a lot of good work in your sketchbook and it demonstrates your
engagement with the course. You have experimented with a variety of methods and
materials.
Action Plan and Advice:
-Create subcategories to better catalogue your research, and include a brief blurb
for why you have selected your images. !
-Refer to the Reflection handout for prompts as well as ‘dos and don’ts’. Your
reflection can be too descriptive and should include more evaluative reflection. !
-Be sure to add video content to workflow or have an accessible link.
-Allow yourself more space, try to put less on each page and be more deliberate and
selective with your images.
What I plan to do to achieve this:
-Create an alphabetical lay out for artists (both from primary and secondary research)
-Keep the reflection hand out by my side when I next reflect on something
-Next time I apload a video I will use a different resource to YouTube
-I will spread out the layout of my sketchbook and minimise the writing (i.e. swap to minimalist style)
